The room was very comfortable and clean, a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and cute, making us feel at home. The hotel's location was also a major advantage, with a supermarket across the street and many restaurants nearby, making it convenient to find meals or snacks.

The bed in our room was a bit creaky and not very comfortable, and the pillows were quite thin. The size of the room and bathroom were also on the smaller side, which felt a bit cramped.

Great staff, perfect location next to transport and major road routes. Comfortable and well-equipped room. Free parking and close to tube station. Good for business trips and visiting family.
